Trinity’s Chancel Choir strives to provide meaningful anthems for the 11:00 Traditional Worship Service. The choir utilizes a variety of styles including sacred, spiritual, southern gospel, and hymn-anthems. This choir is also the base group for Trinity’s popular Christmas Candlelight Concerts, and for the Easter season of music. Our music ministry is blessed to be accompanied by Larry Graham, who provides of wealth of creative musical style pairing, and virtuoso techniques.
This choir welcomes new members from high school through senior adult. If you would like to know more about this ministry, contact Conya Hartman by calling the church office or using this contact form.
Trinity’s Joyful Noise Praise Team is a small group of dedicated and talented singers and instrumentalists who lead the music for the 8:30 a.m. Modern Worship Service. The Band includes keyboard, acoustic guitar, drums and trumpet. Due to the nature of this specialized group of volunteers, auditions are needed. If you have a heart and passion to serve the Lord through modern music please contact Conya Hartman, Director, for more information about this group.
Music Makers is Trinity’s afterschool program for children in 2nd – 5th grades. This group meets seasonally to prepare and present a full length faith based musical drama with costumes, choreography, and scenery. Children do not need to be a member of Trinity to participate. The musicals are presented in May and December, and there is a one week camp in the summer for a mini-musical. This group welcomes Volusia county school children, private school, charter school, and home-schooled children to participate. The volunteers who assist with this program have all been screened and background checked, and must attend our Child Protection Policies training. There is a fee for the program, however, scholarships are available to those in need.
Trinity proudly supports the arts through our Puppetual Motion Puppet Team, an intergenerational group of volunteers who enjoy this creative ministry of music and skits. The team presents for worship services and the Children’s Christmas Eve service.
