Drive-In Worship Service Relaunch at Trinity

Trinity will relaunch its popular Drive-In Worship Services on Sunday, May 17th at 10 a.m. This event is safe, free, and open to the public. Parking is available near the church’s portico on the Clara Avenue side (south side) of the building. Extra parking is available in the Volusia County School Board parking lots.

The service will be broadcast on a local radio channel. Participants will stay in their cars and tune their radios to 88.5 FM to experience the service. Rev. Dr. Todd Bardin, along with a small worship team, will conduct the live service from the outdoor portico, so attendees will be able to see and hear the pastor, readers, and musicians, as we worship in this unique and creative format.

To ensure the safety of all and to maintain proper social distancing, attendees will not be allowed to get out of their cars. We will not pass anything out (such as worship bulletins) including communion elements. We will celebrate Holy Communion and ask attendees to BYOB – Bring Your Own Bread. Any kind of bread and any kind of juice will work during these unusual times.

A free-will offering will be collected through a touchless system. When you arrive, first drive under the portico to drop your offering in the bucket and then find a place to park and enjoy the service.

The service will be recorded and posted on the church’s Facebook page following the service. That page is located at The recording also will be uploaded to Trinity’s YouTube playlist.

Come as you are! Bring your pet(s). Invite your family, friends, and neighbors to drive-in. Let’s make this fun and exciting as we seek to worship the Lord in new and creative ways!
