Boy Scout Troop 599 at Trinity

Trinity has long-supported the Boy Scouts of America program by sponsoring/hosting Troop 599. This outstanding troop of young men has enjoyed a rich history with Trinity, going back to 1993. Many of the troop’s adult leaders have been members of Trinity and volunteer as Sunday School teachers, mentors and youth ministry leaders, as well.

Troop 599 is very proud of the young men who have pursued the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout. “To earn the Eagle Scout rank, the highest advancement rank in Scouting, a Boy Scout must fulfill requirements in the areas of leadership, service, and outdoor skills. Although many options are available to demonstrate proficiency in these areas, a number of specific skills are required to advance through the ranks—Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star, Life, and Eagle. To advance, a Boy Scout must pass specific tests that are organized by requirements and merit badges.” ~ Wikkipedia
