Reverend Brian Carr has been a caring pastor for Trinity since 2010. He is married to Lorena Rodriguez Carr and they are the parents of three daughters: Lidia, Maia and Sterling. The native West Virginian graduated from Marshall University with a B.A. in Spanish and received a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary.
In January of 1985, Brian was selected for a mission team that he understood was going to the Caribbean, but discovered the team was headed to Puebla, Mexico, instead. In Brian’s words, “At that time I only had negative ideas about Mexico. However, the moment we landed in Mexico I had the distinct impression that everything I had heard about Mexico was a lie. The next two weeks revealed an unanticipated deep love for Mexico and a strong sense of calling to serve there on a more long-term basis. I served on three different mission teams to Mexico over the next two summers and then had the amazing privilege of serving with the Methodist Church in Mexico as a United Methodist Volunteer in Mission for three years. I met and married my wonderful wife Lorena during this time in Mexico.”
Upon his return, Brian served for four years as Director of Youth Ministries at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Windermere, Florida. He has served as the Associate Pastor of Asbury United Methodist in Orlando and Pastor of the Lighthouse Mission in Coconut Grove before going to Perrine-Peters United Methodist Church in Miami, where he served for six years.
Brian loves early morning prayer walks in the quite time before dawn. He is an avid reader, and some of his favorite authors are N.T. Wright, C.S. Lewis, Pat Conroy, J.R.R. Tolkein, C.J. Box, David Baldacci, and Lee Child.

Conya Hartman’s love for music began at an early age. She participated in many musical groups growing up which led to a decision to pursue her musical interests. Her position at Trinity allows her to work with elementary school-age children in Music Makers, and adults in the Praise Team and Chancel Choir. She also enjoys singing in local theater events and concerts. Conya is married to Bill, her wonderful supportive husband of 16 years.

Lori’s connection with Trinity goes back to 1973 when she joined the youth group and, at a youth retreat, met her husband Rick. After marrying and raising two children, Trinity has continued to hold a special place in her heart. Lori is an avid reader and enjoys traveling whenever the opportunity arises.

She enjoys spending time with family as well as staying active in other church ministries.
Miro Pamoukov grew up in Sofia, Bulgaria, and began his education in gymnastics at age six. After he finished his education at age 18, he spent two years in the Bulgarian Army. He later enrolled in the College of National Sports Academy and joined the circus where he traveled the globe and performed in many countries as a high trapeze artist and human cannonball. We are very fortunate to have Miro on staff where he keeps a watchful eye out for our Learning Center children, members and visitors, while keeping Trinity neat and clean for everyone to enjoy!
